Helen joined Hanna Hillen Financial Services LLP in November 2019, as a Receptionist with Financial Administration duties. Helen has over 10 years’ experience working in an office environment, within the Housing, Health, Education and Financial Sectors.
Helen is the first point of contact for clients ensuring that all client telephone queries are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Her main duties include arranging appointments with Advisers, dealing with various administrative tasks and supporting the administrative team.
Helen also delivers ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management as a Part Time Lecturer, and brings these transferrable skills to the team.
